This course is a time trialist's dream - offering minimal elevation gain and long stretches where you can maintain your aerodynamic tuck and power output. The loop is known for its consistent surface, allowing riders to focus entirely on their effort. While predominantly flat, riders should be prepared for potential crosswinds, particularly on the exposed sections of the island, which can add an additional tactical element to your ride.
