1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Convergency LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the Cyclerrr website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Cyclerrr is a platform that provides information about cycling events across the United States. The Service allows users to discover events, and enables event organizers to list and promote their events. We act as an information aggregator and do not organize, host, or manage any events listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Event information displayed on the Service is provided by event organizers and third-party sources. While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listings. Event details including dates, locations, registration status, and pricing may change without notice. Always verify event details directly with the event organizer before registering or making travel arrangements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVERGENCY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
