Frequently Asked Questions

Cyclerrr lists several event types: Road Races (point-to-point or circuit races on paved roads), Criteriums (fast, multi-lap races on short courses), Time Trials (individual races against the clock), Gravel (mixed-surface adventure events), Cyclocross (off-road obstacle courses), Mountain Bike (XC, Enduro, Downhill), Touring (casual group rides exploring scenic areas), and Gran Fondos (mass-participation timed events).

Find an event you're interested in and click through to the event page. Most events link directly to their registration platform (like BikeReg, USA Cycling, or the organizer's website). Registration typically opens weeks or months before the event.

It depends on the event. USA Cycling-sanctioned races require a license (annual or one-day). However, many Gran Fondos, charity rides, gravel events, and touring rides don't require a license. Check the individual event details for requirements.

Organizers can register for a free account, claim or create their organization, and add events directly. There's no cost to list your events—we want to help you reach more cyclists and tell your event's story.

Cyclerrr is completely free for both cyclists and organizers. We believe in making event information accessible to everyone. If you find Cyclerrr helpful and want to support the site, you can buy us a coffee on Ko-fi—every contribution helps keep us running and ad-free.

Event listings come from organizers who join Cyclerrr to manage their events, as well as community members who share event ideas with us. We encourage organizers to claim their organizations (at no cost) to ensure their event information is accurate and complete.

If you spot an error, please contact us with the event name and what needs to be corrected. We appreciate the community helping keep our listings accurate.
