Join us just outside Springfield, MO, for the 3rd edition of Humdinger Gravel! This isn't just a race; it's a celebration of Ozark gravel, designed for seasoned racers looking for a podium, and casual riders wanting to soak in the views. Come find out why our roads are called "Humdingers." This year, we are offering three distances—66, 38, and 12 miles—ensuring a "level of spice" for every rider!

The Course & Terrain

Expect to be tested, challenged, and rewarded by the scenic landscapes, deep woods, and rolling hills of the Webster County Ozarks.
  • The 66-Mile "Long Course": Features fast hardpack, punchy climbs, over 20+ low-water creek crossings, and sections of loose, technical terrain. Note: The 66-mile route is not marked; riders must use a GPS bike computer.
  • The 38-Mile Course: A challenging, less technical route designed for developing riders and those seeking a mid-distance challenge.
  • The 12-Mile Fun Ride: An all-inclusive, family-friendly, beginner-friendly route starting and ending in Fordland City Park.
All courses showcase the best of SWMO spring, including scenic landscapes, redbuds, and fresh gravel.

  • Free On-site Camping: Available Friday night at Fordland City Park (RVs, cars, and tents).
  • The Post-Race Party: Live music, food trucks, and custom-brewed Humdinger Gravel Lager from Springfield Brewing Company.
  • SWAG & Awards: Finisher awards, custom pint glasses for riders, and 1st-3rd place trophies for all categories.
  • Friday Festivities: Packet pick-up (4-8 PM) and a 12-mile pre-ride on Friday, April 24 at One 2 Five Taproom in Rogersville.
  • Chip Timing: Provided by the organizers to track your "Humdinger" time.
  • Support: Proceeds support the Missouri Off-Road Cyclists (MORC) in building and maintaining regional trails.
