About This Event
I, Nancy, grew up on a farm in northwest Iowa. That farm was always filled with family and friends who came to celebrate the important moments in life: the 4th of July, family reunions and Sunday dinners. I grew up surrounded by my siblings and cousins fishing down by the creek, having bottle rocket fights, and playing kick the can until it got dark. The farm was a place where memories were made. That is what I want for everyone who visits here (except for the bottle rocket fights—those were dangerous). Meet the animals, walk around, grab a beverage, enjoy the South Dakota prairie. The Good Earth is a working farm. We use sustainable practices to grow vegetables that we use on our woodfired pizzas. We take care of animals that are the life of this place. We grow a huge variety of pumpkins for the greatest U-Pick pumpkin patch. The farm is a place to relax. To put down your phone and enjoy the moment with friends & family.
