Kick off the BC road racing season with one of the most popular early-season technical races in the Lower Mainland! The Thunderbird Circuit Race brings together competitive cyclists for a fast, tactical, and exciting day of racing in the heart of Langley, BC. This is the first of the Local Ride "Spring Openers," providing the perfect opportunity to test your winter fitness and shake off the rust.

Course Description

The Thunderbird Circuit is a challenging and technical 6 km loop designed to test early-season form.
  • Layout: Clockwise direction.
  • Features: A mix of short, punchy climbs, rolling descents, and flat, fast sections that demand tactical riding and good positioning.
  • Distances: Varies by category (ranging from 48km to 96km).
  • Roads: Open to the public—courteous riding is required.
